What counts as an “account”

One connected social profile = one account. A LinkedIn personal profile and a LinkedIn company page are two separate accounts. Bluesky, X, and Instagram each count once per profile you connect. You can disconnect one to free up the slot anytime — posts that were scheduled to that account get canceled.

Team members

Pro and Max include unlimited team membersat no extra cost — every role, from viewer to admin, is included. Plus is a single-user plan; upgrade to Pro if you need to invite teammates.

Invoices & receipts

Every invoice is available in Settings → Billing → Invoicesand emailed to the billing contact. PDFs include your company name, VAT/GST number, and address — set these once under Billing details.

Upgrades, downgrades, cancellation

Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades schedule for the end of the current period so you keep what you paid for. Cancellationsare self-serve and take effect at the end of the period — no clawback, no exit fees.

If a downgrade puts you over the new plan’s account cap, the extras stay read-only until you reduce to the new limit. Posts already scheduled from those accounts still publish as planned.
